5 brand new mini workouts, all packaged up to keep you moving over the summer. They don’t expire and are yours to keep.
A great mix of HIIT and Strength, to tick all the essential training boxes (there are 2 HIIT workouts and 3 strength workouts, split handily into upper/lower/core).
All the workouts are between 5 and 10 mins in length, but are still super-effective. This was really important to me when I was programming them, I didn't want them to feel like the "easy" or "make do" option.
No equipment required (but you can add some in if you fancy an extra burn!).
