Strong in the Sunshine

A package of mini online workouts designed to fit into your busy life this summer, so you can start September feeling fit, strong and full of energy.

Imagine this….

Rather than spending your summer just not quite getting round to exercising, you find a consistent routine which fits in with your plans, whether that’s juggling work and kids, or heading off on your travels. You feel fantastic (and super smug) because you GOT IT DONE.

No more scrabbling around on YouTube for a “quick workout with no equipment” that you then abandon because it’s not for you.

It’s all done for you: a bitesize package of quick, easy to follow, super-effective workouts that fit into your life and that you know will wo because they’ve been put together for you by an expert (that’s me, by the way 🤣).

Here’s what you get:

  • 5 brand new mini workouts, all packaged up to keep you moving over the summer.  They don’t expire and are yours to keep.

  • A great mix of HIIT and Strength, to tick all the essential training boxes (there are 2 HIIT workouts and 3 strength workouts, split handily into upper/lower/core).

  • All the workouts are between 5 and 10 mins in length, but are still super-effective. This was really important to me when I was programming them, I didn't want them to feel like the "easy" or "make do" option.

  • No equipment required (but you can add some in if you fancy an extra burn!).

  • I've uploaded them all to Vimeo so you can easily download them and take them with you wherever you are this summer with no faff.

  • My top tips for getting your workouts done over the summer.

These are the workouts that I do when I don't have time for a full session and I promise you, they definitely work!

“Finally, classes that I can actually stick to! I am so grateful to you for putting these together.”

“I did the lower body and core this morning and I can already feel it! I can tell I’m going to get loads of use from these!”

“Brilliant. These are just what I needed! The kids wanted to join in too (not sure if this is a good thing or not yet?!”
