Truth time - I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years and when I hit the perimenopause, even I was confused and didn’t know where to start! There seemed to be so much conflicting information out there, everyone was an “expert” offering an opinion.

What I did know is that the exercises I had been doing no longer seemed to be as effective, in fact, they left me feeling depleted and achy. It was clear to me that things had to change and I definitely still wanted to exercise - but how?!
