Instead of buying your classes each week on a PAYG basis, you can buy a monthly class membership to either HIIT, Strength or both!

I know that sometimes booking your classes is another admin job that drops off the radar, so with a monthly membership, I take care of that for you, so you’ll never miss a class (consistency is our super-power, don’t you know!) .

In return for a single monthly payment (prices below), I will book all your online classes for that month for you. You’ll receive a weekly email with your class booking Zoom details so can take the class live and a follow up email after the live with the Zoom recording, so you can catch up over the course of the next week.

As a reward for your commitment to training regularly with me, you’ll benefit from a special discount on the PAYG price.

You’ll also be able to access our members-only Telegram Channels where you can ask questions and chat with other monthly members.

With every purchase of an Online Class Membership, you’ll also get a free class for a friend (sharing is caring, after all!) and access to my mini classes - perfect when you just want a little bit of extra movement in your week!

There’s a 3 month minimum sign up term and after that, you can choose from a pay-monthly option, or continue to buy your membership in 3 month rolling blocks. All I ask after your first 3 months has expired, is for 1 month’s notice if you’d like to take a break from training with me.
