This may sound surprising coming from a personal trainer, but we all have times when exercise just drops off our radar - even me! It’s often when we’re really busy with other stuff and this happens SO often during December, when we have a million and one things to do and it’s hard to see where we can fit it in.

Plus, when you’re in perimenopause, you’re never quite sure how your body is going to feel from one day to the next, so you might plan some exercise and then really not feel like it when the time comes.

I totally hear you, but if you can fit some movement into your day then I guarantee you that:

  • Your mood will lift and you’ll feel so much calmer.

  • It’ll help any niggling aches and pains: motion really is lotion!

  • You’ll sleep better tonight.
