I’m Carly Corrigall, founder of CLC Fitness.
I’m a mum and business owner in my mid-40s, as well as a former lawyer turned PT and women’s health coach.
I help women over 40 make sense of their midlife body and we do this without punishing workouts, restrictive diets, or pretending things are the same as they were when we were 28. The changes that come about when we hit midlife and our hormones begin to shift are real - I’ve been there myself and I know first hand how it feels!
All my programmes are based on the latest science and tailor-made for this time in our lives: when we’re not just grappling with all the changes that perimenopause and menopause might bring, but a “full” life when we’re often pulled in many different directions!
