Welcome to CLC Fitness. I’m Carly, a personal trainer and expert in the health and fitness of women over the age of 40. Through my online fitness classes and courses, I can help you learn to love exercise, boost your mood and build confidence in your own body so you can feel fantastic. I firmly believe that we can be fitter, healthier and feel fabulous as we get older and that our perimenopause and menopausal years can be a time of positive change.

Online Fitness Classes for Women

Join me for a 30 minute workout online, specially tailored to the fitness needs of women who are in the perimenopause or have been through the menopause. You’ve got two sessions to pick from: HIIT is a great all-rounder, toning all the major muscle groups and getting your lungs working and heart pumping, as well as boosting your mood whilst Strength is where you’ll learn how to lift weights safely and effectively to become stronger and more toned. These really are online fitness classes with a difference.
